Brief: 

- Residential modular construction project. The site is located in Margate, Kent

- The north side of the Site offers an amazing view to the sea and the shoreline

- The first stage of the project was group master- planning and the second was individual design.

My approach:

- One, two and three Bedroom Apartments.

- Sustainable structure material (CLT panels)

- Local envelop materials

- Clearly separate the private, semipublic and public areas of the building on plan and elevation

-Introduce social areas in every floor to be used by the residents.
